Flander - your Symbian Signed Publisher Certifier

Flander is a Symbian Signed Publisher Certifier and provides certifications as part of our full service portfolio. The service is provided with our own ACS Publisher ID and it covers both applications and passive content signing. Our customers do not need to obtain their own ACS Publisher ID.

Symbian Signed programme promotes best practices in designing and implementing applications to run on Symbian OS phones. Symbian Signed applications follow industry-agreed quality guidelines and support network operator requirements for signed applications.

Signed content will not trigger the end-user warnings that occur during the installation of unsigned third party content.

The "For Symbian OS" ensures the users that the application they are downloading has been tested and approved, is of high quality and does not represent a security risk.
